The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is pleased to announce an open competition for eligible organizations to submit applications to carry out a program to design and implement an English language program in a neighboring country that provides professional training for Afghan students under the auspices of the Afghan University Student Exchange Program (AUSEP).
The proposed project aims to advance the English teaching skills of a select group of Afghan university students.
