Do you have a project that is helping to overcome child poverty in its different manifestations?
If you think so and you are between 14 and 17 years old, they invite you to join “CONCAUSA,” an initiative of América Solidaria, ECLAC, and UNICEF with the support of the Caserta Foundation. CONCAUSA seeks to identify and disseminate proposals for social innovation that young people in America are carrying out in their communities. This initiative follows the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals, a set of global objectives to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all.
They invite you to present what you are doing in your community or country to contribute to sustainable development and overcome child poverty!
Each project must be submitted by a team of three teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 who are currently working on a cause related to one or more of the 17 SDGs. They must:
Have the support of a school or institution.
Have the support of a tutor.
Have men, women, and/or others on the team. Although it is not required, teams that have gender diversity will be rated favorably.
Projects must have executed at least one of their activities prior to applying.
